Developing Leadership Skills

This program seeks to help participants develop insight into their personal traits, as well as developing better leadership skills, with special emphasis on self-awareness, people skills, and people development. Through the use of a strengths based orientation and incorporating current thinking in psychological approaches, participants will develop further insights into their personal inclinations and its application in the work place. There will also be exposure to the various counselling approaches and their application in various workplace situations, as well as an understanding of interpersonal relationship dynamics and communication.

Developing People
